About Pesto Labs
Obaidullah Khawaja is a product and technology executive with 15+ years across Amazon, Microsoft, startups and emerging markets, including founding and building a startup through acquisition.
He leads product at Polly, a US-based B2B SaaS company backed by Slack, Zoom and Madrona. As part of Polly's executive team, he is working firsthand on how AI is changing products, teams and the way knowledge work gets done.
His grounding in AI predates the current wave. He holds a master's degree from Carnegie Mellon University, where he studied machine learning, and now applies that foundation to the practical realities of adoption inside a modern technology company. He also organises AI Tinkerers Islamabad, which keeps Pesto Labs close to what builders are actually shipping.
Obaid remains personally involved in every engagement, which is why Pesto Labs works with a limited number of organisations at a time.
